Can I request an item not currently on the app?Updated a year ago

You may make a request for an item that is not currently available on our app. 

After placing your order, you can email or send an sms our live order specialist.

 It is important to note that while we can usually accommodate requests for items not available on EasyBins, we are unable to include items in regulated categories, oversized categories, or alcohol.  If your requested item is added after you have checked out, it will be listed at the store price, and a payment link for the item will be sent to you via email the day after delivery.
