There are a number of reasons your order was cancelled some of the most common are the delivery address outside our delivery area, activity that violates our terms of service or single item orders that were out of stock and no substitute was requeste

How do I add specific instructions for an item(s), replacements, or delivery

If you need to add specific instructions for an item, delivery address, or requests for no substitutes, you can do so at checkout by using the order notes box. These notes are automatically attached to your order and are used by our team during shopp

Can I send a gift through EasyBins?

Yes, it is possible to send a gift through easybins. To do so, simply add the delivery address of the person receiving the gift at checkout and the order will automatically be sent to that address. You can also personalize your gift by adding a note

Which categories can do you have ?

At easybins we offer nearly all grocery categories, personal care, pet and baby.  Due to regulations we have a limited amount of over-the-counter products.

How can I Add items after you checkout ?

You can add items after checkout by texting the easybins number here or creating another order.  Multiple orders to the same address are automatically combined for you.

Do you sell alcohol?

We do not sell alcohol, tobacco and specific regulated over-the-counter medications that are prohibited online.
