If there is a problem with an item in your order or the order is missing contact our customer success group by replying to delivery notification text message or at [email protected] Order specialists are live daily from 6am - 10am.
For items missing from an order we will automatically provide a refund of the item or reschedule it for delivery the following day, the choice is yours.
